Do you have a passion for working with young people?

Are you able to work in partnership with New Milton’s Youth providers?

 

We are looking for a Youth Co-ordinator, someone with strong communication skills, politically and creatively aware, and “plugged in” to the emerging youth scene locally.

 

We are seeking a vibrant and committed person, with experience of working with young people and managing and supervising Youth Work staff, possessing at least a Level 3 Youth Work qualification or equivalent.  As well as leading the Town Council’s work with young people, the Youth Co-ordinator is required to build relationships and work in partnership with other local bodies and organisations.

 

Hours of work – 20 per week, pro-rata salary £18,769 (based on salary point 28)

Based at the Town Hall, Ashley Road, New Milton
