New Forest District Council are proposing to make two Public Spaces Protection Orders (PSPOs) under section 59 of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 (the Act).

 

PSPO1 relates to BBQs and Wildfires and PSPO 2 relating to the Feeding and Petting of a New Forest Pony, Horse, Mule or Donkey.

 

A public consultation is open to receive your feedback at Public Spaces Protection Orders consultation – New Forest District Council

 

The consultation period commences 9am on 5 December and closes at 5pm on 27 January 2023.
