How to comment on an application
Whichever authority deals with the application, you can write or email us with your comments; or see the Planning Lists to attend the relevant meeting at the Town Hall.
Attending a Planning Meeting
Planning Lists show the applications being addressed at the next Planning Meeting.
Check the Calendar for the next Planning meeting date.
Members of the public can comment on applications before the meeting discussion but, once the chairman officially starts the meeting, you will not be able to participate further. Members of the planning team will do their best to talk to you before the discussions begin to ask if you have any comments.
